Welcome, Kathleen Harter!

The Children's Consortium would like to take the time to introduce the Agency's newest Executive Director, Mrs. Harter. Kathleen was hired in April of 2013. She most recently served as the President and CEO of Junior Achievement of Central New York, a position she held for 10 years.

Kathy will be responsible for the management and fund development of the Children's Consortium. She is looking forward to learning more about the wonderful programs the Consortium offers to children, parents and educators in our community.
