Kathleen Harter

Kathleen Harter joined the Children's Consortium on April 22, 2013.  She has worked in the public schools for almost 20 years.  Kathy is the new Executive Director of the Children’s Consortium.  She spent almost 10 years as the President and CEO of Junior Achievement of Central New York.  Kathy is responsible for the management and fund development of the Children’s Consortium and is looking forward to learning more about all of the wonderful programs the Consortium offers to children, parents and educators in our community.

Kathy and her husband, Kent, have two grown children, Katie and Tom.  They enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and working in their large garden.
