Family Life Skills parenting classes are ideal for all parents, whether you need to fulfill a requirement for court or are interested in strengthening your parenting skills. This program assists parents in reducing conflict, building better communication, developing closer relationships between parents and children, reducing stress and allowing for a better adjustment through difficult transition periods.

Schedule
The Family Life Skills course meets weekly for four weeks (4 sessions). Note: All classes meet on Tuesdays from 9am-12noon at the Children’s Consortium.
The Children's Consortium's Family Life Skills schedule for the remainder of 2019 is as follows:
October 2019
Tuesdays: October 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
November 2019
Tuesdays: November 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th
December 2019
Tuesdays: December 3rd, 10th & 17th
*Note: class time is different 9am-1pm
Cost
Individuals: $140 for the four-week series. Couples: $250 for four-week series. Price includes books and materials. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for court or social service agencies.
Registration
You must register by phone. Call the Children’s Consortium at 315-471-8331 Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Please have your credit card information ready for payment. The only credit cards accepted by the agency by phone registration are Visa and MasterCard. Cash or check payments may also be made by mailing or dropping off payment at our office.
You will not be enrolled in the class until full payment is received.
